Navigating the claims process:
After filing a claim, your first point of contact will be your assigned Bankers Insurance Group in-house claims adjuster. They will gather information regarding your loss, discuss your policy coverage, and any applicable endorsements. Your claims professional will also walk you through how your claim will be handled. They may need to schedule one of our field-adjusters to conduct an onsite property inspection.
As your claims process advances, your in-house adjuster will be able to answer questions and explain any standard and unique deductibles that apply to your claim. Our claims professionals are dedicated to working with you to resolve your claim fairly.
