BUSINESS ANALYST

Requirements:BA/BS Degree in Business or related field is required. Candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in financial services, sales or presentation and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, and Project) software and knowledge of internal process documentation is required. Candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently, capable of critical/analytical analysis, work well with others; possess positive demeanor and have a professional appearance. Quality Systems (Lean, ISO and Barldridge) or InfoPath and SharePoint Server experience would be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:The Business Analyst will analyze and improve business operations within a warranty company. The primary function of this role will be to review and document new processes and make suggestions regarding their improvement, either terms of speed, quality, or efficiency. An individual in this role must be adept at communication with various internal constituents, specifically Information Technology.
 
 
 
CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:The Client Services Account Manager will coordinate sales support, identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities that will provide increased profitability per client. This position will assist in new client implementations and other client support activities as well as provide a liaison for External Sales and Client with all internal departments. SQL Query Development and Actuarial Ratemaking experience would be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:The Pricing Analyst I position is to complete various types of financial and statistical analyses for two primary purposes; creation of new pricing for clients and to complete various other technical analysis projects. These projects will require an understanding of basic accounting principles, pricing principles and techniques and databases systems.

Responsibilities:The Product Development Manager position will develop new products and services from concept to commercialization for both extended service contract and non indemnified products and services. This includes managing the product portfolio and product lifecycles and prioritizing and formulating product development initiatives in order to position the enterprise in the marketplace. This position is responsible for all aspects of product development including but not limited to: idea generation and screening, development of product construct, pricing, development of terms and conditions, service delivery, development of product marketing plans, sales forecasts, product P&L, cost analysis, and ROI.

Responsibilities:The Team Lead is responsible for developing and coaching a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) that will report directly to him/her. He/She will report directly to the Call Center Supervisor and will be working jointly with their local and remote peers at the St. Petersburg, FL (Corporate Headquarters) and Ottawa, CN Call Centers. The Team Lead is on the front line with CSR’s and is responsible for ensuring calls are being handled expediently while adhering to department quality and productivity standards.
