GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements:Bachelor of Arts or Science is required. Candidate must have a minimum of five years experience as a General Manager and five years of leadership experience. Candidate must have CPR and Food & Alcohol handling certifications. Candidate must be familiarized with a personal computer, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) software as well as have internet research experience. Candidate must have a sense of urgency, an ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks and work independently. Excellent oral and written communication skills are vital for this position. Candidate must have leadership and hospitality training, updated knowledge of state and local laws of Food and Alcohol handling, inquest hospitality software, POS and RoomMaster or equivalent software.
Responsibilities:The General Manager overall responsibility for all aspects of the Gilchrist Club operations exclusive of, but not limited to: ensuring general office, housekeeping, F&B, reservations, concierge, and pro shop operations are maintained to the highest standards. This position will assure the maintenance of the club’s grounds, buildings, and equipment to the expectations of a world class facilities clientele. The General Manager oversees, coordinates and cooperates with wildlife operations and marketing/membership departments and functions as well as ensures that all club matters are handled with the highest level of diplomacy and discretion.
 
 
 
SERVER

Requirements:Business course work is required as well as a valid current active driver’s license. Candidate must have at least four months of professional food service experience. Candidate must be able to multi-task, adaptable to flexible workflow changes, work independently, and achieve a high level of productivity. Candidate must have face-to-face customer service experience, First Aid/AED and Serve Safe certifications.
Responsibilities:The Server will provide customer service to each member and guests through exceptional service and attention to details in all aspects of the Gilchrist Club.
 
 
 
SOUS CHEF
Location:TRENTON, FL

Hours:FLEXIBLE (MIN. OF 40 HOURS A WEEK)
Requirements:BA/BS in Culinary Arts or equivalent education and work experience is required. Candidate must have three years of experience as a Sous Chef and leadership experience. Candidate must have food handler certification, Sous Chef certification as well as CPR and First Aid training. Candidate must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lb tray of dishes and/or glassware, excellent hospitality skills and possess the ability to communicate with guest and staff in a well received manner.
Responsibilities:The Sous Chef will coordinate weekly menu development, oversee sanitation & cleanliness of kitchen and storage organization, inventory and cost controls. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to prepare high quality food, not only in taste but also presentation. The Sous Chef will work cohesively with the Executive Chef on decision pertaining to Food and Beverage to achieve Gilchrist Club standards and goals.
