Agent Partner

  • Be thoroughly familiar with the Company and its products
  • Determine the customer's insurance needs and assist in meeting those needs
  • Communicate clearly, honestly and fairly about products and services, particularly when discussing replacement
  • Disclose all benefits and limitations of the policies being recommended to them
  • Avoid making disparaging remarks about competitors
  • Maintain current knowledge of, and compliance with, applicable insurance laws, regulations, and market conduct principles
  • Strive for excellence in every aspect of the business relationship
 

Bankers

  • Offer marketable, innovative products that meet distinct insurance needs
  • Provide courteous, efficient agent support from a knowledgeable, friendly staff
  • Maintain an effective communication program to keep agents abreast of important news and information
  • Continuously refine our systems and procedures to make doing business with us as easy and convenient as possible
  • Be constantly attuned to feedback and input from agents, and respond to their needs and concerns in a timely way
